Scrat's New Adventure is an American animated short film directed by Carlos Saldanha in 2002.
action
The rat squirrel Scrat has stored a huge supply of acorns in a hollow tree trunk. In the middle of the collection there is still a small space that his last glans found perfectly fills. Scrat carefully fits the glans into the gap, learning from previous mishaps, but it jumps up again and again as soon as Scrat moves away from it. After a while Scart reacts angrily and jumps around on the glans to finally press it into the hole.
Suddenly the entire collection of acorns gives way and shoots out through a knothole. Scrat is also blown into the air with the acorns. He manages to pick up all the acorns in the air. You will now form a ball that slowly begins to spin so that Scrat has to walk on the ball to avoid falling off. However, it gets lost, falls down and hits hard in the snow. A single acorn develops into a small meteor in the air and hits Scrat, who has tried in vain to break free from the snow. The impact leads to continental drift , leaving Scrat alone on a tiny piece of land in the ocean. All the acorns have drifted away with the continents, but Scrat succeeds in pulling the acorn out of the ground. He loves her, but a short time later she crumbles to ashes. With resignation, Scrat puts on the remaining fruit cup on the acorn.
