Gortimer Gibbon - My Life in Normal Street (original title: Gortimer Gibbon's Life on Normal Street ) is an American children and families - television series , which the Mystery genre belongs. The series mostly deals with the everyday life of the teenage Gortimer Gibbon and best friends Mel Fuller and Ranger Bowen , who live on Normal Street in an ordinary suburb.

The three friends Gortimer Gibbon, Mel Fuller and Ranger Bowen live on Normal Street in a small American suburb and experience various adventures. The suburb isn't as common as it seems, however, as magical powers are at work beneath the surface. Much of the action takes place not only in the neighborhood, but also at the local middle school that the teenagers attend. The series accompanies the friends in the emerging challenges on the way to growing up.

As a director, Luke Matheny is jointly responsible, who also acts as an actor in the role of Fred Fisher and has so far staged several episodes as a director. The series itself is penned by David Anaxagoras , a preschool teacher discovered by Amazon Studios .
After about half of the first season episodes aired in the United States, Amazon added another season to the series on February 25, 2015. After shooting started on May 4, 2015, it celebrated its US premiere on October 30, 2015.
The German-language dubbing of the series was from the synchronous company SDI Media Germany, based in Munich under the dialogue director of Farina Brock and Michael Grimm performed.
