The Casablanca-Settat region ( Arabic الدار البيضاء الكبرى - سطات) is one of the 12 regions of Morocco that were newly created after an administrative reform in 2015 and extends in the west of the kingdom. The name of the region is derived from the cities of Casablanca and Settat . The capital of the region is the city of Casablanca.

In the entire Casablanca-Settat region, around 6.861 million people of Arab and Berber descent live in an area of ​​around 20,000 km². Around 1.811 million people live in rural areas (communes rurales) , around 5.050 million people live in cities (municipalités) .
