Great Kapermoor

Groß Kapermoor was a residential area in the Gollensdorf district of the Zehrental municipality in the Stendal district in Saxony-Anhalt .

geography

The Groß Kapermoor residential area was two kilometers west of Gollensdorf and one kilometer from the state border with Lower Saxony . To the north was the eponymous Kapermoor.

history

In 1705 a sheep farm of Thomas von Jagow was mentioned. The first mention of a leased sheep farm Capermohr comes from the year 1711 and can be found in files of the Brandenburg State Main Archives . 1725 is called Capermohr . In 1745 two sheep farms were mentioned. One of them was the Aulosische Capermohr owned by von Jagow zu Aulosen . Both sheep farms were leased. The name Groß Capermohr did not appear until 1775 . In 1804 the Vorwerk Groß Kapermoor is listed along with a sheep farm and a Büdner. In 1842 it is said that Groß Kapermoor belongs to the Jagow to Aulosen.

In 2003 the residential space was still listed on the Top50 . Today the place is no longer populated and not labeled on maps.

Incorporations

On October 17, 1928, the forest districts Groß Kapermoor and Hackenheide from the manor district Groß Aulosen from the district Osterburg were combined with the rural community Gollensdorf.

The Protestant Christians from Groß Kapermoor belonged to the parish of Bömenzien, which formerly belonged to the parish of Bömenzien near Groß Wanzer in the Altmark.
