Attractions

The Evangelical Church of Groß Garz is a stone building from the Middle Ages , built towards the beginning of the 13th century. The neo-Gothic brick church in German dates from 1885 and replaced the previous Romanesque fieldstone church. The church in Jeggel is of medieval origin, but has been rebuilt and expanded several times since it was built in the first half of the 13th century. In Lindenberg, a neo-Gothic brick church was built in 1893 instead of a previous Baroque half-timbered building which today largely corresponds to the furnishings at the time of construction.
