Ina Hofmann is a single mother, a harassed secretary at a toy manufacturer and is bullied by her colleagues.
When her terrible boss Alex suddenly shrinks to the size of a pawn, she is supposed to help him get back to normal. Then she also has to give the presentation to the investors who decide on the future of the toy factory.
When Simone, Alex's ex-girlfriend, learns of the peculiar business conduct and the intimacy between the boss and the secretary, she suspects that he and Ina may have a relationship. But suddenly he grows up again and proves her wrong.
