Guido Pelizzari
Guido Pelizzari (* 13. January 1898 in Adro at Brescia ; † 1978 in Bolzano ) was an Italian architect who especially during the fascism central construction of rationalism in Bolzano - including the headquarters of the Fascist Party of Italy - realized, but also in the After the war it was very productive in Bolzano and in South Tyrol .
Pelizzari completed his university studies in Venice and Modena and gained his first professional experience with Le Corbusier in Paris before he began to teach at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice; among others there was one Carlo Scarpa to his students.
1934 Pelizzari, now already a party member from the fascist official mayor appointed Luciano Miori to Bolzano to the land use plan of Marcello Piacentini to revise. After the Second World War he was also responsible for Bolzano's reconstruction plan from 1958 and numerous private building projects in Bolzano up to 1976, where he worked as an architect and artistic consultant for the Bolzano city administration until the 1960s. Individual buildings by Pelizzari were also built in Venice, Rome , Pesaro , Bruneck , Seis am Schlern , Kaltern and Steinmannwald .
