Gwendoline "Gladys" Eastlake-Smith (born August 14, 1883 in London , † September 18, 1941 in Middleham , Yorkshire ; after her marriage, Gladys Lamplough ) was an English tennis player.

Eastlake-Smith was born in 1883 to Charles Eastlake Smith and his wife Lizzie Smith. Her father played football for the clubs Crystal Palace and Wanderers FC and took part in an international match against Scotland in 1876 .

In 1907 Eastlake-Smith won the English Indoor Championships ( Covered Court Championships ). A year later she won the gold medal at the Olympic Games in London . In the same year she married the doctor Wharram Henry Lamplough. She last took part in the Wimbledon Championships in 1921 .

Eastlake-Smith died in Middleham in 1941 at the age of 58.
