Haley Bennett
Haley Bennett (born January 7, 1988 in Fort Myers , Florida ) is an American singer and actress .
Life
Haley Bennett was born in Fort Myers in 1988, grew up in Naples , Florida and then attended Stow-Monroe High School in Stow , Ohio . After returning to Naples, she specialized in music and acting at Barron Collier High School, where she graduated. In 2005 she moved to Los Angeles with her mother to pursue a career in the film industry.
She made her film debut in 2007 with the role of the pop sensation Cora Corman in the romantic comedy Mitten ins Herz - A Song for You with Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore . She signed a deal with Warner Bros. Pictures for three more films. In 2008 she starred in the horror film Molly Hartley and in college alongside Chace Crawford . That same year she had a small supporting role in the film Marley & Me . 2014 Bennett starred in the horror film Kristy - Run for your life , the main role of Justine Wills . In 2016, Bennett played the role of Emma Cullen in the remake of the western The Magnificent Seven .
In 2018 she was accepted into the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences , which awards the Oscars every year.

She sang some songs for the film Mitten ins Herz - Ein Song für dich (Original title: Music & Lyrics): Way Back Into Love , Slam , Buddha's Delight and Entering Bootytown , of which she wrote the last three titles herself.
She signed with 550 Music / NuSound Records in 2007 and began working on her first album with singer and songwriter Shaley Scott.
