Hanna Binder (* 1985 in Mediaș ) is a German actress and theater director .

Life

Hanna Binder was born in Romania, but came to Germany with her family as a child. After studying communication science at the Technical University of Berlin , she began her artistic training at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin , which she graduated in 2010. During this time she gained her first stage experience through an internship at the Berliner Ensemble under Claus Peymann . In 2009 Binder made a guest appearance at Kampnagel , and since 2010 she has appeared frequently at the St. Gallen Theater . Her stage career continued in Berlin at the Maxim-Gorki-Theater and the Ballhaus Ost , the Schauspiel Frankfurt , the Vorarlberger Landestheater and the Schauspielhaus Zurich . In Vienna, Binder played at the Volkstheater , at the Garage X Theater Petersplatz and at the Volkstheater Hundsturm (since 2015 Volx / Margareten). During her first directorial work in 2014 at the Alte Feuerwache theater in Bad Nauheim, she developed a play about the Warhol assassin Valerie Solanas , and in the same year she worked on the Superheroes project with young refugees at Hundsturm .
