Hans-Heinrich Winkler (born November 14, 1954 in Raschau ) is a former German luge athlete .

Winkler started for the SC Traktor Oberwiesenthal and in the mid-1970s was one of the world's best in men's single-seater luge. At the European Junior Championships in 1972 in Kufstein, he finished third behind Bernd Hahn and Anton Winkler . In 1974 he won the bronze medal behind Hans Rinn and Horst Müller at the GDR championships and finished 6th at the 1974 Luge World Championships at Königssee. At the European Luge Championships in Hammarstrand in 1976 , he also came third behind his teammate from the GDR Wolfram Fiedler and the Swede Michael Gardebäck . At the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck , he finished fourth behind Dettlef Günther , Josef Fendt and Hans Rinn. In 1977 he won a bronze medal again at the GDR championships behind serial winners Rinn and Günther.

Winkler later moved to Torgau and successfully competed in veteran tobogganing.
