Hans Christian Marcher (born October 27, 1970 in Tegernsee ) is a German entrepreneur, entertainer and cook .

Life

Marcher was born as the third and youngest son of Albert and Hilde Marcher. He attended secondary school in Miesbach and began training as a hotel manager , which he completed in 1988. He then completed a second training as an advertising clerk .

In 1991 Marcher moved to Erfurt and took over the advertising management of a brewing group. In 1993 he teamed up with three friends and founded the advertising agency Viertakt Kommunikation und Werbung GmbH. Until the end of 2008, Hans C. Marcher worked for the delivery company Household Advertising Walter as spokesman for central management and later also as managing director. He was also the managing director of MapChart GmbH in Dresden.

In 2008, Marcher took a break after a burnout. At the end of 2010 he founded Pastarie - Meinepasta.com with Daniel Schneider, a mass customizing company that specializes in the individual production of pasta and worked as a food entertainer at GFE German Food Entertainment GmbH. In 2012, Marcher graduated from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a chef.

Marcher transferred the GFE brand, including the event and catering activities of GFE German Food Entertainment, to successors Benjamin Tschaeche and Konstantin Gruner in April 2017. Since mid-2015 he has been professionally active with his project HANS AM SEE, an event location at the Hohenfelden reservoir / Thuringia. In addition, since he sold his company, Marcher has been active in the private hospitality and private dining segment for international customers worldwide. Germany's youngest entrepreneur

From 1985 to 1988 at the age of 15, based on media reports, Marcher was considered "Germany's youngest entrepreneur ". Due to a guardianship court approval of the district court Miesbach / Obb. Since 2004, Marcher has organized the gourmet event Friends Cook for Friends every year , at which up to 1,500 guests are entertained in Erfurt .
