Hans Herold (politician)
Hans Herold (* 4. July 1955 in Geiselwind ) is a German politician of the CSU and a member of the Bavarian Parliament .
Life
Herold completed training as an administrator at the Neustadt an der Aisch - Bad Windsheim district office . He then studied at the Administration and Business Academy at the Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and studied business and social sciences in Nuremberg . He then worked in the district office , u. a. as a municipal officer in the field of "Economic Development and Subsidies", in the social department and in the field of "Public Security and Order". Most recently he was Head of Headquarters and Personnel Administration.
Political party
Herold has been a member of the CSU since 1975. From 1983 to 1990 he was chairman of the JU district association Neustadt ad Aisch-Bad Windsheim. Since 2002 he has been chairman of the CSU district association Neustadt ad Aisch - Bad Windsheim.
Public offices
From 1984 to 1996 Herold was a member of the Ipsheim municipal council . From 1996 to 2008 he was honorary first mayor of Ipsheim . In 2003 he was elected as a member of the Bavarian State Parliament. From 2003 to 2008 he was a member of the committee for constitutional, legal and parliamentary questions, a member of the working group for municipal issues and internal security and a member of the state sports advisory board as deputy chairman of the finance committee. Since 2008 he has been a member of the State Budget and Financial Committee and a member of the Public Service Committee. In December 2011, Hans Herold was elected to the Presidium of the Bavarian State Parliament. He represents the district of Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim, Fürth-Land ( Middle Franconia ) in the state parliament. Herold is one of the members of the Broadcasting Council of the Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation , who are sent by the CSU parliamentary group.
Private
Herold is Catholic, married and has a son and a daughter. He plays soccer for FSV Ipsheim and runs for TSV Ipsheim. He is a member of the Schützenverein, Gesangverein, VdK and the European Union. Hans Herold is the chairman of Lebenshilfe for people with disabilities in the Neustadt / Aisch - Bad Windsheim district.
