from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hans von Ahlefeldt († 1564 ) was Lord of Seestermühe , on Gut Seestermühe and half on Gut Seegaard near Kliplev .

Life

He was the second son of Friedrich von Ahlefeldt and Adelheit von Bülow from the house of Marnitz. His wife was Dorothea von Ahlefeldt († July 13, 1599), the daughter of Franz von Ahlefeldt zu Seegaard and his wife Catharina von Ahlefeldt born. Pogwisch , who brought him half of the Seegaard estate through marriage. After her widowhood, she married Daniel von Rantzau at Gut Salzau in 1566 . Of the children of Hans von Ahlefeldt, only one son was known, Friedrich von Ahlefeldt , who quarreled with Daniel von Rantzau's son about half of the Seegaart estate.

Hans von Ahlefeldt had a constant dispute with his brothers Benedikt and Wulff about the ownership claims in the Haseldorfer and Seestermüher Marsch , which later led to legal disputes with King Christian II. In 1553, he expressly confirmed the right to dike Buttendieck near Heist and the Seestermühe estate belonging parishes of Kollmar and Neuendorf . Another dispute was the alleged illegal logging by Hans von Ahlefeldt in a forest near Winsen for the construction of a house on Gut Kaden . Hans von Ahlefeldt died in 1564.
