Head Off is the seventh and final studio album by the Swedish rock music band The Hellacopters from 2008.
Emergence
After announcing that the band would split up, The Hellacopters released Head Off as their last album. It consists entirely of covers of songs by other bands who accompanied or influenced The Hellacopters over their 14-year career. These are mainly Scandinavian and American rock bands.
Chips Kiesbye worked again for this album with the band as a music producer . He can also be heard in the background vocals. Stefan Boman played piano on “Another Turn”.

The band released the song "In the Sign of the Octopus" on March 19, 2008 and "Darling, Darling" on September 5, 2008 as a single .
