The house at Heiligegeiststraße 12 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .
It is located southeast of the historic Quedlinburg old town. In the Quedlinburg monument register it is registered as a residential and commercial building.
Architecture and history
The building was built in 1893 by master bricklayer Robert Riefenstahl . The facade is sparingly designed in the style of late classicism . The doors and windows of the house are from the construction time. There is a shop on the ground floor of the house. The photo studio on the top floor is remarkable, with a large window front on the street side behind a wrought-iron gallery.
