The house Heiligegeiststrasse 14 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .
location
It is located southeast of the historic Quedlinburg old town on the south side of Heiligegeiststraße. It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register. The building, which is also listed, borders on Heiligegeiststraße 13 to the east .
Architecture and history
The building was built around 1850 in the classicism style . It consists of two villa-like building parts that were built around the same time. The western part shows a design based on the model of Berlin-Potsdam classicism with elegant details. The eastern part clearly recedes from the street. In the eastern part of the ground floor there is a shop in which (as of 2013) a funeral home is located.
