The house Heiligegeiststraße 6 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the urban area south of the Quedlinburg market square and is listed in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential and commercial building. The listed building at Heiligegeiststrasse 5 borders to the west and the Quedlinburg district building to the east .

Architecture and history

The large half-timbered house was built by A. Müller in 1902 and is indicated by an inscription. The lower floors are built in massive construction. There are neo-Gothic forms here . The upper floors, built in half-timbered construction, have a knee floor . In addition, many traditional decorations were used. There are dowel bars , ship throats , fan rosettes on the base angle wood, diamond framework and foot struts . The use of half-timbered elements took place at the urging of the city building authority.
