Heinrich Bomhoff
Heinrich Bomhoff (born March 17, 1878 in Westerland , Sylt Island, † June 19, 1949 in Hamburg ) was a German architect .
Life
After completing an apprenticeship as a bricklayer, Bomhoff attended the building trade school in Eckernförde from 1894 to 1898 . From 1901 to 1904 he studied at the Technical University of Hanover . From 1906 he worked as a freelance architect in Hamburg. From 1928 to 1945 he worked with Hermann Schöne . After the Second World War he was one of the first board members of the Association of German Architects (BDA) .

- 1906–1908: Construction management of the St. Nicolai Church in Westerland (based on a design by Oskar Hossfeld )
- 1908: Frisian Museum in Wyk auf Föhr
- 1909: Competition design for the construction of the Anchor Church in Neumünster (awarded 3rd prize, not executed)
- 1909: Building of the Jungmann School (today: Pestalozzi School) in Eckernförde
- 1911: School in Burg auf Fehmarn , Bürgermeister-Lafrenz-Straße
- 1912–1913: School and residential building at Hofschlägerweg 1 in Hamburg-Tatenberg
- 1913: Friedrich-August-Realschule (today Johann-Heinrich-Voss-Schule ) in Eutin , Bismarckstraße 14
- 1925–1926: Reformrealgymnasium (today Sachsenwaldschule ) in Reinbek
- 1928–1929: Kirchenpauer-Gymnasium (today North German Academy for Finance and Tax Law ) in Hamburg-Hamm , Hammer Steindamm 129 (together with Hermann Schöne)
- 1928–1929: Multi-family dwelling development Glindweg 16–32, Hanssensweg 2–8 and Jean-Paul-Weg 19–35 in the Jarrestadt in Hamburg-Winterhude (together with Hermann Schöne)
- 1928–1930: Bismarck Memorial Church in Aumühle (together with Hermann Schöne)
- 1935: Expansion of the administration building of the Ebano Asphalt-Werke in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg (together with Hermann Schöne)

Honors
The Heinrich-Bomhoff-Weg in Hamburg-Groß Flottbek and the Bomhoffstraße in Westerland on Sylt are named after Bomhoff .
