Live and act
Heinrich Borstelmann came from a foundry family who worked in the Braunschweig and Magdeburg area. The first work by a bell founder Heinrich Borstelmann from Braunschweig (probably his father), the bell at Calbe in the Altmark , is named for 1546. In the following, numerous bells are assigned to a "later Heinrich Borstelmann" for the period from 1588 ( Bredow ) to 1647 ( Belleben im Saalkkreis ) in the same source .
