Heinrich Otto Guenther
Heinrich Otto Guenther (* 1857 ; † August 28, 1910 in Penkun , Province of Pomerania ) was a Prussian administrative lawyer , most recently the district president .
Life
Heinrich Otto Guenther studied in Heidelberg Law and graduated there in 1876 the Corps Saxo-Borussia on. In 1884 he became a court assessor and in 1887 a government assessor in the Potsdam district . In October 1888 he took over provisionally, from July 1889 officially the district office in the district of Rummelsburg in the province of Pomerania .
From 1891 he worked as a councilor and " auxiliary worker " in the Reich Chancellery . In 1892 he was appointed to the secret government council, in 1893 to the lecturing council and in 1896 to the secret upper government council.
From 1899 to 1910 he was regional president of the district of Stettin . In 1907 he was awarded the title Real Secret Upper Government Councilor.
