Heinrich Werner (politician)

Heinrich Werner (born November 17, 1831 at Trachenberg Castle , † December 30, 1912 in Berlin ) was a German judge and parliamentarian.

Life

Heinrich Werner studied law at the Silesian Friedrich Wilhelms University in Breslau from 1850 to 1853 . In 1851 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Breslau . In 1853 he became an auscultator, later a district judge and in 1870 a district court director. He became district court director in Naumburg and from 1880 to 1899 he was district court president in Lissa . He was a Landwehr officer, most recently a major, and a participant in the German War of 1866 and the Franco-German War of 1870/71.

In the years 1873 to 1876 he was a member of the constituency Stettin 1 (Demmin, Anklam, Usedom-Wollin, Ueckermünde) to the Prussian House of Representatives . Between 1878 and 1881 he was a member of the German Reichstag, elected in the constituency of Liegnitz 6 (Liegnitz, Goldberg , Haynau ). He was a member of the National Liberal Party .
