Youth, amateur, Oberliga West, until 1963

The junior player Heinz-Rüdiger Voss, who came to SC Preußen Münster from TuS Hiltrup , had already distinguished himself in the youth national team of the DFB in 1961. Bundesliga 1963/64

Heinz-Rüdiger Voss belongs to the group of people who, on the day the new league started, on August 24, 1963, as an active player, established the bundling of services in top German football. Klaus Ackermann , Horst Bertram , Erwin Kostedde and Manfred Pohlschmidt got promoted to the Bundesliga by changing clubs, but Voss and the Prussians did not. The defensive routinist played his last regional league game for Preußen Münster on May 6, 1973 in the 1: 2 home defeat against Eintracht Gelsenkirchen alongside Manfred Recknagel (goal) and his counterparts Dieter Wallny , Rolf Grünther and Dieter Stosberg . After 239 regional league games and seven goals, Heinz-Rüdiger Voss ended his career at Preußen Münster in the summer of 1973 and moved back to the amateur camp at VfB Rheine .
