Helah Kiprop , also Helah Jelegat Kiprop , (born April 7, 1985 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who specializes in road running.

In 2009 she won the Nice Half Marathon and the South Tyrolean Spring Half Marathon , came second in the 15 km of Le-Puy-en-Velay and won the 10 km de La Provence. In 2010 he won the Oelder Citylauf .

In 2012 she finished second in the Berlin half marathon , fourth in the Göteborgsvarvet and won the World 10K Bangalore , the Zwitserloot Dak Run and the Zwolle half marathon. In the fall, she finished third in the Delhi Half Marathon .

In 2013 she started the season with a victory at the Egmond Half Marathon . A sixth place in the RAK half marathon was followed by a triumph in the Berlin half marathon. In her debut over the 42.195 km distance, she came fourth in the Berlin Marathon .

At the end of August 2015, she won the silver medal in the marathon at the World Athletics Championships in Beijing in 2:27:36 h .

In 2016 she won the Tokyo Marathon .
