Helmut Oeser

Helmut Oeser (born May 17, 1929 in Reichenberg , Czechoslovakia ) is a German stage, film and television actor .

Life

Oeser, who comes from the Sudetenland, studied at Munich University for five semesters and also took acting lessons at the Falckenberg School . In 1953 he began his theater career at the local Kammerspiele , his first role was a page in a performance of Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew . Subsequently, he went to the Tübingen State Theater for four seasons , from 1957 to 1960 to the Städtische Bühnen Nürnberg . He was later seen at the Hamburg Thalia Theater , Frankfurt's Komödie , Stuttgart's Komödie im Marquardt and the 'Fritz Rémond Theater im Zoo'. In 1999 Oeser once again belonged to the ensemble of the Frankfurt 'Komödie', which was rebuilt after 16 months of rebuilding, and also appeared in the premiere piece on the occasion of the reopening, the comedy Pension Schöller .

Oeser's early role was the outdoorsman and comedian. His opening roles include O'Connor in Tennessee Williams ' Die Glasmenagerie , Eric Bratt in Georg Kaiser's Kolportage and Kochkarew in the marriage comedy based on Nikolai Gogol . Over the years he grew more and more into the character subject.
