Hercule de Rohan (born August 27, 1568 - † October 16, 1654 ) was Duke of Montbazon , Peer of France , Prince of Guéméné and Count of Rochefort from 1594 . He was the son of Louis VI. de Rohan and Léonore de Rohan, Countess of Rochefort, a member of the House of Rohan .

Life

Hercule de Rohan was a faithful servant of both King Henry III. , as well as his successor Heinrich IV. The latter accepted him in 1597 into the Order of the Holy Spirit .
