Hermann Nebe (Senior Administrator)

Hermann Friedrich Heinrich Nebe (born March 9, 1851 in Mannheim , † February 16, 1926 in Überlingen ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

Hermann Nebe, son of a court actor, studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg and the Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen . In 1872 he became a member of the Corps Suevia Heidelberg . In 1874 he became a legal intern and in 1877 a trainee lawyer. From 1879 to 1880 he was secretary in the Baden Ministry of the Interior in Karlsruhe . In 1880 he came to the Heidelberg district office as a bailiff . In 1885 he was appointed senior bailiff and board member of the Adelsheim district office . In 1890 he moved to the district office of Weinheim , in 1896 to the district office of Mosbach and, after he had been appointed secret councilor in 1898, to the district office of Pforzheim in 1899 . In 1903 he was appointed to the Baden Ministry of the Interior as Ministerialrat and in 1905 he was appointed to the Secret Upper Government Council and Lecturing Council. From 1910 to 1912 he was state commissioner for the state commissioner district of Karlsruhe . In 1911 he was appointed Privy Councilor, 2nd class. From 1912 until his retirement in 1919 he was director of the Baden administrative court.

From 1903 Nebe was a member of the administrative board of the Badische Gebäudeversicherungsanstalt , from 1909 to 1911 as its board member. From 1904 to 1911 he was a deputy permanent member of the State Insurance Office. In 1910 he was chairman of the disciplinary chambers of dentists and veterinarians.
