The Hermes Synchron GmbH is a production company for the synchronization of films and television series based in Potsdam .

history

The company was founded in 1967 by the author and director Ingo Hermes, who previously ran a dubbing studio in Munich, Neue Münchener Synchron Film GmbH . Hermes Synchron was based on the Geyer-Werke site in Berlin-Neukölln until the end of the 1970s . The order situation made expansion necessary, so that the company moved to the CCC-Film site in Berlin-Spandau .

Hermes Synchron has had its headquarters in Potsdam-Babelsberg since 1996 , where it has its own three recording and mixing studios and employs around 30 permanent employees.
