In the following season he was awarded to USM El Harrach , also a first division club. At the club from the capital Algiers , Belkaroui promptly became a regular player, but from then on he was often used as a left-back. With his team, he was able to celebrate reaching the runner-up championship in 2013 and was finally committed in July 2013 for the equivalent of 70,000 euros.

After a transfer to RC Lens failed in January 2014 , Belkaroui left the club in summer 2014 and moved to Club Africain Tunis in Tunisia for the equivalent of around 370,000 euros , where he won the Tunisian championship with the club in June 2015.

After terminating his contract with the club in January 2016 for personal reasons, he joined the Portuguese first division club Nacional Funchal of Madeira on February 1, 2016 .

Just six months later, Belkaroui returned to Tunisia , where he signed a contract with Espérance Tunis in July 2016 . In August of the same year he was able to win the Tunisian Cup with Esperance. At the end of the 2016/17 season he celebrated his second title with the club, winning the Tunisian championship.

On July 23, 2017, he was again signed by Moreirense FC from Portugal , where he signed a two-year contract. But just a year later he moved on to al-Raed in the Saudi Professional League . Since 2019 he has been under contract with USM Algiers in his home country .
