Highlander is a 2007 anime that emerged from a collaboration between Japanese studio Madhouse (animation) and US Imagi Animation Studios (production).
action
The film is set in the New York of the future. In the year 2187 the immortal Marcus Octavius built a fortress in the virus-infested city. Octavius once killed the great love of Colin MacLeod, who was also immortal . Since then , Colin MacLeod, born in the Scottish highlands in the 2nd century, has been seeking revenge. At his side is the spirit of an old, Celtic druid named Amergan . In the end there is a duel between the two immortals.
