Hilli Reschl

Hilli Reschl (actually Hildegarde Franziska Reschl-Hoflehner; born April 13, 1926 in Vienna ; † December 2, 2018 there ) was an Austrian dancer , soubrette (operetta) and actress .

Education and career

Before attending primary school, Reschl received ballet lessons and was a passionate tap dancer .

As a soubrette, she was engaged at regional theaters and theaters in Austria and Germany (including Vienna, Klagenfurt , Innsbruck , St. Pölten , Linz , Hamburg ).

From late 1968 or early 1969 to 2000, the actress was in a total of 1238 Sunday programs in the senior citizens' club as the lively waitress Ms. Anni alongside the head waiters Kurt Sobotka (1968–1970), Ossy Kolmann (1970), Alfred Böhm (from 1970) and, most recently, Rudolf Buczolich in to hear and see funny dialogues.

From 2001 to 2008, Reschl moderated the television magazine Mitten im Leben , a magazine for people over 60, on TV channel TW1 , together with co-host Ingrid Erkin . The program contained tips for “the better years”, but also gardening and planting tips.

Others

She lived in Vienna after the death of her husband Johannes Hoflehner (d. 2009). The joint 1963 born son John C. Hoflehner is a director, writer and director of the Theater Forum Schwechat the city of Schwechat .

Hilli Reschl was buried at the Vienna Central Cemetery at the side of her husband (group 12B, row 5, number 30).

A fuchsia was also named in her honor .
