Hirofumi Watanabe ( Japanese 渡 部 博 文 , Watanabe Hirofumi ; born July 7, 1987 in Nagai , Yamagata Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Hirofumi Watanabe learned to play football on the school team at Yamagata Chuo High School and on the university team at Senshu University . From here he was loaned to Kashiwa Reysol in 2008 . Here he also signed his first professional contract in 2010. The club from Kashiwa played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . In 2010 he was with the club champions of the second division and rose to the first division . In 2011 he was loaned to the second division Tochigi SC to Utsunomiya . For Tochigi, he completed 33 second division games and scored three goals. In 2015 he moved to the first division club Vegalta Sendai in Sendai . He made 63 first division appearances for Vegalta.
