The Hohe Warte is 551.3  m above sea level. NHN the highest mountain in the Eberbach district in the Rhein-Neckar district in Baden-Württemberg .

The Hohe Warte is about 3.5 km north of the town center of Eberbach in the Odenwald and is entirely wooded. To the west it slopes down to the Gammelsbachtal , to the southeast to the Ittertal and to the northeast to the Sensbachtal . In the north of the Hohe Warte, beyond the state border to Hesse , the ridge of the Sensbacher Höhe runs between the Gammelsbachtal and the Sensbachtal . In the south, a wooded ridge continues to the Itterberg ( 391  m above sea level ), which rises above the Neckar valley . Beyond the Ittertal cut in the southeast, less than five kilometers away, is the highest Odenwaldberg, Katzenbuckel ( 626.8  m above sea level ).
