Hubert Brosseder

Hubert Brosseder (born March 29, 1940 ; † October 18, 2019 ) was a German Roman Catholic theologian , educator and homileticist .

Life

After studying philosophy and theology, Brosseder did his doctorate with Erich Feifel at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . As an employee at the local Institute for Religious Education and Homiletics, he then worked there in the homiletics training of students. In addition, he qualified in topic-centered interaction according to Ruth Cohn . For many years, until his retirement, he was managing director of the Münchner Bildungswerk . He was also active in journalism and adult education and held a teaching position at the University of Eichstätt .

He was married and had two children.
