Konrad Baumgartner

Konrad Baumgartner (* 1940 in Altötting ) is a German Roman Catholic theologian and emeritus professor of pastoral theology .

Life

After studying philosophy and theology, Konrad Baumgartner received his doctorate in 1973 in Munich .

From 1976 to 1980 he taught as a professor for pastoral theology at the University of Eichstätt , and from 1980 to 2006 in Regensburg . He has been retired since 2006.
