Hude (Oste)

Hude ( Low German Huud ) is a residential area owned by Behrste in the Lower Saxony municipality of Estorf ( Stade district ).

Geography and transport links

Hude is located northwest of Behrste an der Oste .

From Hude, side roads lead to Forst and Behrste to state road 114, which leads in the northeast via Estorf to Himmelpforten to federal road 73 and in the south to Elm to federal road 74 .

In the long term, the construction of the Federal Motorway 20 is built past Behrste. A descent is to be built near the locality of Hude.

Administrative history

Hude has been part of the Behrste community since it was founded.

Before 1885 Hude belonged to the Börde Oldendorf in the office of Himmelpforten , after 1885 to the district of Stade and since 1932 to the current district of Stade .

On July 1, 1972, the municipalities of Estorf, Graepel and Behrste (with Forst and Hude) were merged to form the new municipality of Estorf as part of the regional reform .

Hude is evangelical-Lutheran and belongs to the parish of the Martinskirche in Oldendorf .

For the (few) Catholics as St. Michael Church in Bremervörde responsible, since 1 September 2010 on the parish of the Holy Spirit in Stade belongs.
