IC 3824 is an elliptical galaxy of Hubble type E4 in the constellation Raven south of the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 566 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 85,000 ly.

The object was discovered on May 10, 1899 by Herbert Alonzo Howe .
