geography
Iglbach has around 50 inhabitants and is located southwest of Affing (adjacent). A small stream that flows into the Affinger Bach separates the core village of Affing from Iglbach.
history
The lower noble family Iglbeck was first mentioned in 1146. After the Thirty Years' War Iglbach was rebuilt by Johann Baptist Freiherr von Leyden (Affinger Hofmarksherr ).
Attractions
- Former Iglhof estate , main building with curved gable, end of the 17th century; Farm building on the ground floor with gred roof, 18th century, demolished in 2007
