Pfaffenzell is a district of the municipality Affing in the district of Aichach-Friedberg , which belongs to the Wittelsbacher Land in the administrative district of Swabia in Bavaria .

The wasteland of Pfaffenzell is located on the connecting road Frechholzhausen - Edenried and Frechholzhausen - Zahling , which forks in Pfaffenzell.
history
Pfaffenzell has about 15 inhabitants and consists of two farms. There is evidence that the place was owned by the cathedral monastery of Augsburg since 1317 . Jurisdiction over the individual farm was exercised by the Rehlinger family, and later by the Hofmark owners in Obergriesbach . The St. Stephen chapel was demolished in the 18th century.
