Miedering is a district of the municipality of Affing with around 50 inhabitants in the district of Aichach-Friedberg , which belongs to the Wittelsbacher Land in the administrative district of Swabia in Bavaria .
geography
Miedering is located on the Lechleite on the AIC 25 district road from Mühlhausen (Affing) to Friedberg (Bavaria) . The place is located in the eastern approach lane of the Augsburg airfield, around two kilometers away, and is therefore directly affected by aircraft noise .
history
Miedering (Mütriching - settlement of the people of a Muotich) was an old mansion. At the end of the 12th century, two members of the local nobility appear as witnesses for the monasteries of Indersdorf and St. Ulrich and Afra in Augsburg . Documented evidence is 1162–1170 Werinhart de Můterchingen (service man or ministerial of the last Count of Dachau ) and 1200–1217 Eberhard von Mütrichingen ( Wittelsbach service man ).
