Ihar Tabola (born July 29, 1987 in Vitebsk ) is a Belarusian biathlete .

Ihar Tabola lives and trains in Minsk , where he starts for Dinamo Minsk . She is looked after by the coaches Nekrasov and Zakharov. He has been practicing biathlon since 1998 and has been a sporadic member of his country's national team since 2005. He contested his first race in the Junior Biathlon European Cup in 2004 in Obertilliach . In 2005 he started in Kontiolahti for the first time at the Biathlon Junior World Championships . In the sprint he finished 55th, was 12th in the sprint, 23rd in the pursuit and eighth in his country's relay. A year later he started again in a Junior World Championship in Presque Isle and was 16th in the individual, 36th in the sprint, 34th in the pursuit race and won the bronze medal in the relay race with jury Ljadau and Jauhen Abramenka . This was followed by the first participation in the competitions of the juniors at the Biathlon European Championships 2006 in Langdorf . Tabola was 34th in the sprint race, 20th in the pursuit and six with the relay of Belarus. In 2007 he took part in a Junior World Championship for the third time in Martell . He started in the individual and was there 26th, in the sprint, where he reached 58th place, was 38th in the pursuit race and ninth with the relay. Only a little later he ran again at the Junior European Championship, which was held in Bansko in 2007 . Tabola consistently achieved top ten placements: ten in the sprint, nine in the individual and in the pursuit. With the relay, the Belarusian just missed a medal in fourth place. The last Junior World Championship he ran in 2008 in Ruhpolding , where he was 33rd in the individual, 22nd in the sprint, 42nd in the pursuit and eleventh in the relay. The last major event among the juniors were the Biathlon European Championships 2008 in Nové Město na Moravě , in which Tabola was 12th in the individual, 36th in the sprint, 25th in the pursuit and again missed a medal with the relay in fourth place.

Since the beginning of the 2008/09 season , Tabola has been in the male performance range. He ran his first race in an IBU Cup sprint in Idre , where he finished 36th and won his first points. In Ridnaun he achieved his best result to date in the second highest racing series with 21st place in a sprint. In the biathlon world cup , the Belarusian made his debut in 2008 in Hochfilzen , where he was 82nd in both individual and sprint. His best result so far in the highest series is a 70th place in the sprint, which he achieved in Ruhpolding in 2009 . The first major event for men was the 2010 Summer Biathlon European Championships in Osrblie . Tabola was used in the sprint and in the pursuit and reached places 28 and 27 there.
