In ogni senso is Eros Ramazzotti's fifth studio album . It was released on April 10, 1990 by Sony BMG Music Entertainment . There was also a Spanish version, En todos los sentidos .

Emergence

The album was recorded with Piero Cassano at Fonoprint, Bologna , the Logic Studio and Mayday Studio in Milan , the well-known Abbey Road Studios , London , England , and Paradise Studios, Monaco . Ramazzotti and Cassano also composed the music, Ramazzotti wrote the lyrics with Adeglio Cogliati. According to the booklet, the play Dolce Barbara is “dedicata alla mamma di Barbara di Caserta ”. It is dedicated to the mother of a young girl from Caserta who died young and who told Ramazzotti how much she loved his songs.

reception

Alex Henderson from Allmusic wrote from an American perspective that "this ballad-heavy CD" "sounds very much like what you'd hear on a typical adult contemporary station in Boston or Chicago - except that most of the lyrics are in Italian." In his view, the songs tended to be “bland and generic”, “boring and general”, even though Ramazzotti had “not a bad voice”. He rated the album three out of five stars.
