9 is the ninth studio album by Eros Ramazzotti . It was released on June 30, 2003 by Sony BMG Music Entertainment . It reached number one in Italy , where it stayed for 14 weeks. The album reached triple platinum in Switzerland and platinum status in Germany .

Emergence

The album was recorded by Ramazzotti together with Claudio Guidetti at MedaStudios, Milan , at Fonoprint and Impatto Studio in Bologna and at the well-known Abbey Road Studios in London , England . Vinnie Colaiuta can be heard on drums and Paolo Costa on bass . Guidetti also played guitar and keyboards, and Mike Landau and Ramazzotti himself can be heard on guitar on some songs . The songs were mostly written by the latter with Adelio Cogliati and Claudio Guidetti. With three songs, including the lead single un'emozione per semper also was additionally Maurizio Fabrizio involved.
