Jozina Johanna "Ineke" Lambers-Hacquebard (born March 12, 1946 in Deventer , Overijssel province ; † May 12, 2014 in Roden , Noordenveld , Drenthe province ) was a Dutch politician of the Social Liberal Democrats 66 (D66), which is a member of the Second Chamber of the States General and for some time was State Secretary .

Life

Ineke Hacquebard began after completing her education at the grammar school in Overveen in 1964 to study law at the University of Leiden , which she graduated in September 1969.

She then worked in the Department of Power Supply in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and from 1972 to 1973 research assistant at the Law Faculty of the Dutch School of Economics in Rotterdam , before she was a lecturer in law at the HEAO (Hoger economisch en administratief onderwijs) in Groningen . In addition, she worked part-time as a clerk at the municipal administration of Groningen, initially from 1973 to 1974 for personnel matters and then between 1974 and 1977 for environmental matters.

On June 8, 1977, Ineke Lambers-Hacquebard, who was the secretary of the D66 working group for the environment and energy and a board member of the Democrats 66 in the province of Groningen , became a member of the Second Chamber of the States General and represented the interests of the States until September 11, 1981 social liberal Democrats 66. There she was from May to September 1981 secretary of the D66 faction .

After Prime Minister Dries van Agt and his second cabinet formed a coalition government made up of Christians Democratisch Appèl (CDA), the social democratic Partij van de Arbeid (PvdA) and D66 on September 11, 1981 , Ineke Lambers-Hacquebard became State Secretary in the Ministry of Public Health and Environmental Protection . Until the end of the term of office of the third van Agt cabinet on November 4, 1982, she was responsible for environmental protection and thus the closest collaborator of the then Minister for Health and Environmental Protection, Til Gardeniers-Berendsen from the CDA.

Shortly before leaving the government, she was again a member of the Second Chamber of the States General on September 16, 1982 and was a member of the D66 until August 30, 1983. During this time she was again the secretary of the D66 parliamentary group and, between December 1982 and August 1983, also deputy parliamentary group chairman. On December 9, 1982, she was appointed Commander of the Order of Orange-Nassau for her services .

After she was chairwoman of the board of directors of the Reich University of Groningen between March 1986 and March 1989 , she last worked as an inspector for higher education from March 1989 to 1992.

Ineke Lambers-Hacquebard was married to Cornelis "Kees" Lambers, a professor of environmental law.
