From the north, from Oruro, the unpaved highway Ruta 12 leads in a south-westerly direction 62 kilometers via Toledo to Villa Copacabana . From there, an unpaved road branches off to the south, which leads via Laca Laca Quita Quita to Andamarca and Eduardo Avaroa and from there to Orinoca . Isallavi is seven kilometers north of the cantonal administrative center of Orinoca.
