The Issoire is a river in France that runs in the Pays de la Loire region . It rises in the municipality of La Copechagnière , generally drains in a north-westerly direction and flows into the Boulogne after 33 kilometers in the municipality of Saint-Philbert-de-Bouaine as a right tributary . On its way, the Issoire crosses the Vendée department and in the middle reaches the border to the neighboring Loire-Atlantique department .
