Ivo Rossi Sief

Ivo Rossi Sief (born November 27, 1949 in Innichen ) is an Italian-Austrian author and visual artist . He currently lives and works in Rinn, Innsbruck and now and then in Vienna.

life and work

After graduating from high school, Ivo Rossi Sief studied psychology in Innsbruck and architecture in Venice . His studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna under Professors Gustav Peichl , Josef Mikl , Max Weiler , Maximilian Melcher , one year at the University of Applied Arts Vienna under Friedrich Achleitner and the collaboration with Giselbert Hoke and the mentorship of Professor Clemens Holzmeister shaped his artistic way. From 1996 to 2007 he received several construction contracts as an architect in South Tyrol . Ivo Rossi Sief has been a member of IG Authors Authors Vienna since 2016 . From 2016 to 2020, he received literary work grants from the Federal Chancellery of Austria as well as the State of Tyrol and the City of Innsbruck .
