Ivan Lukashevich
Ivan Lukashevich ( Russian Иван Лукашевич , English transcription: Ivan Lukashevich ; born May 9, 1991 in Moscow ) is a Russian racing driver . He competed in the GP3 series in 2010 and 2011 .
Career
Lukashevich began his motorsport career in karting in 2001 , which he was active in until 2005. In 2006 he moved into the single-seater racing and made his debut in the Benelux Formula Ford 1800. At the end of the season, he finished twelfth overall. In 2007 Lukashevich switched to Formula Palmer Audi and was 15th in the overall standings. The following season he contested his second season in Formula Palmer Audi and improved, although he only started half a season due to financial problems, with two podiums to tenth place in the overall standings.
After Lukashevich had taken part because of financial problems at any racing series in 2009, he returned in 2010 to motorsport and stepped for Status Grand Prix in the newly founded GP3 Series at. At the end of the season he finished 32nd overall. He also made two guest starts in the Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup . In 2011 Lukashevich started for M2 Competition in the Toyota Racing Series , the highest single- seater series in New Zealand. He took part in four out of five race weekends and ended the season with a win in seventh place in the championship. He then returned to Europe and contested his second season in the GP3 series for Status Grand Prix . While his teammates Alexander Sims and António Félix da Costa each won a race, Lukashevich remained without points. In the championship he was 26.
