Jérémy Grimm (born March 27, 1987 in Ostheim , Haut-Rhin ) is a French football player .

Career as a player

In 2004, Grimm moved to the Racing Strasbourg youth academy . After three years without a job in the professional team, he moved to the second highest Swiss division for SR Delémont . He made his debut for the club from Delémont on July 21, 2007, when he was in the starting eleven in the 3-2 defeat against FC Winterthur . He played a total of 23 games for the club and scored one goal in these. After only one year he returned to Alsace and joined the fourth division club SR Colmar, with whom he rose to the third-class Championnat de France National (CFN) in 2010.

In the summer of 2013, Grimm returned to Racing Strasbourg , with whom he was promoted to Ligue 2 in 2016 and Ligue 1 a year later . He made his first appearance in the top French division on August 13, 2017 in a 3-0 win on matchday two of the 2017/18 season in the home game against OSC Lille and scored one goal. In his first season in the French House of Lords, Jérémy Grimm came to 23 missions. A season later he only made five appearances, but won the French league cup with Racing Strasbourg.
