Jewish cemetery (Schweich)
The Jewish cemetery Schweich is an old burial place of the Jews in Schweich , a town in the district of Trier-Saarburg in Rhineland-Palatinate . He is in the garden field , at the end of the dead end. The Jewish cemetery is a protected cultural monument .
history
The Jewish cemetery in Schweich is mentioned for the first time in 1776. It was occupied until 1938 and today there are 88 tombstones ( mazewot ) in the cemetery .
